  • HOW DO I BOOK A MASSAGE? You can schedule an appointment online, at indulgencehealth.com, or by contacting the boutique directly by phone.

  • HOW DO I CANCEL A SERVICE THAT I’VE SCHEDULED? A booked massage can be canceled by logging into your account on the website,via the cancellation link on your appointment email, or by calling the boutique. Please be aware of our late cancellation policy.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY Please note our cancellation policy is set so that you may cancel or reschedule up to 24-hours before your appointment at no charge. Cancellation or rescheduling after 24-hours results in a 50% cancellation penalty. In the case of a no-call/no-show, your account will be charged the full appointment value. Please cancel before 24 hours of your appointment. The day before does not automatically count as 24hours. (i.e. if your appointment is Tuesday at 10am, then you must cancel before Monday at 10am)

  • WHAT IF I FAIL TO SHOW FOR A SCHEDULED MASSAGE? If you miss your appointment, you will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.

  • WHAT IF I ARRIVE LATE TO A SCHEDULED MASSAGE? If you call and arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled service start time, we will attempt to honor the appointment (if schedule permits) or provide a shortened service time, or the service is canceled. The decsion will be based off the scheduled appointments for the day. In all 3 cases the full price of the scheduled service is charged to the credit card on file. To ensure a relaxing experience, and get the full benefits of the massage, we advise guests to arrive on time (or 15mins early) for all scheduled appointments.

  • WHAT TYPE OF MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE? The Indulgence Health Selfcare Membership offers guests an opportunity to make massage a part of their monthly self-care routine this packages includes: savings on a 60 minute massage, facial, or reiki. It includes exclusive perks, and roll-over credits. Please refer to our membership page on our website for more details.

  • HOW CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP? Selfcare Members can cancel their recurring dues membership at any time by providing the wellness center with 30-days written notice stating the desire to cancel. You may cancel in-person at the center or by sending an email to the center where your membership was purchased. All wellness center contact information can be found on the Contacts page on our website.

  • HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO USE MASSAGE CREDITS? Membership credits can accrue indefinitely until a Selfcare Membership is canceled. Unused massage credits will continue to accrue (i.e., roll-over month-to-month) as long as your membership remains in place. You will have 3 months from the date of cancellation to use any unused massage credits before they expire. No refunds are issued for unused credits.

  • CAN I FREEZE MY MEMBERSHIP? The freeze policy allows you to temporarily suspend your Selfcare Membership in accordance with the following terms: You may freeze your membership up to three(3) months. After 3 months all unused credits are forfeited, unless the membership resumes. After the freeze the member must decide to resume or cancel the membership.

  • DO YOU ACCEPT GIFT CARDS? Yes, we ONLY accept Indulgence Health Giftcards. Giftcards can be used towards services and products. Gift cards expire 2 years after purchase. Gift card terms and conditions do apply. For more details on our gift card program, please refer to our Terms of Service.

  • DO YOU PERMIT MINORS TO USE SERVICES? Yes, Indulgence Health services available to minors between the ages of 13 and 17. Minor use of services requires the written consent of a parent or legal guardian, and additional restrictions may apply. Please see our Terms of Service for more details.

  • ARE SERVICES AND PRICING SUBJECT TO CHANGE? Yes, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.

  • WHAT IF I’M NOT FEELING WELL? If you are feeling sick or unwell prior to the start of your scheduled massage, please call the wellness center to inform us. We encourage you to stay home. Indulgence Health is a small open-space concept and keeping guests and team members safe is everyone’s responsibility. If you begin to feel sick during your treatment, please let your Massage therapist know immediately. The Cancellation policy still applies in this situation.

  • WHAT IS Indulgence Health's POLICY RELATED TO CELL PHONE USE AT THE WELLNESS CENTER? We aim to create a safe and relaxing environment for our members and guests. The tranquility offered within our space is paramount. Cell phones can be disruptive and are not encouraged. Although we do allow cell phones at the boutique , we require that the phones be turned off or switched to silent mode upon check-in and entering the treatment room.

  • CAN I RETURN PURCHASED ITEMS? No. All Sales Final. Upon Management discretion we offer store credit.

  • CAN I BRING MY BABY/CHILD TO A SERVICE No babies or children allowed during services. Children cannot sit and wait in lobby unattended. Children 13-17 are only allowed if being serviced.

  • HOW TO PREPARE FOR A SERVICE Arrive at the appoinment with clean skin to minimize oil residue build up.

  • SpaFinder and SpaWeek giftcards are NO LONGER ACCEPTED.
  • Indulgence Health Plastic Giftcards can be used to pay for services and products at checkout in-store. You can't book apppointments online with the plastic giftcards. You can book appointments via phone using plastic giftcard.
  • Acuity E-giftcards can be used to Book appointments online and pay for appointments online and in store.
  • Square E-giftcards can only be used to pay for services at checkout. You can't book services online with the Square E-giftcards
  • TERMS OF SERVICE: I am responsible for paying all charges for all services provided. If you are dissatisfied with a service, payment for said services are still required to be paid. I understand the benefits and risks of massage and give my consent for massage. I will consult my practitioner with any questions or concerns immediately. I have stated all medical conditions that I am aware of and will keep my practitioner informed of any changes. I understand that massage treatments are beneficial on its own, as well as complementary to treatments by a qualified medical specialist. If I experience any discomfort during the massage, I will inform the therapist immediately. I understand that any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or advances made by the client, or the therapist can/will result in the immediate termination of the session.
