- Meeting or exceeding all state, local and regulatory guidelines relating to sanitation and hygiene.
- We prohibit employees who have a fever or are sick from engaging with guests or guest areas. Training employees on sanitation and hygiene standards. Washing hands for a minimum of 20seconds at the start and end of a treatment/service. Therapists will also wear face masks in sessions. Gloves will be worn during facials.
- Allowing guests to forgo accessing communal spaces if requested.
- Fully sanitizing all treatment spaces between each service.
- Always providing clean sanitized linens, towels, robes, sandals, etc. for each service.

- Bring your own face mask or a disposable face mask will be provided for use when face up during a session.
- Refraining from visitng the spa if you have a fever or communicable illness.
- No babies or children allowed during services. Children cannot sit and wait in lobby unattended. Children 13-17 allowed if being serviced.
- Refraining from visitng the spa if you are under an isolation or quarantine order/directive.
- Respecting the spa's sanitation and hygiene standards and processes posted within the spa.
- Washing hands for a minimum of 20 seconds prior to beginning each treatment/service.
- Arrive at the appoinment with clean skin to minimize oil residue build up.
- SpaFinder and SpaWeek giftcards are NO LONGER ACCEPTED.
- Plastic Giftcards can be used to pay for services at checkout in-store. You can't book apppointments online with the plastic giftcards. You can book appointments via phone using plastic giftcard.
- Acuity E-giftcards can be used to Book appointments online and pay for appointments online and in store.
- Square E-giftcards can only be used to pay for services at checkout. You can't book services online with the Square E-giftcards.
