CANCELLATION POLICY (FOR SERVICES)
Please note our cancellation policy is set so that you may cancel or reschedule up to 24-hours before your appointment at no charge. **Cancellation or rescheduling after 24-hours results in a 50% cancellation penalty.** In the case of a **no-call/no-show, your account will be charged the full appointment value. ** Please cancel before 24 hours of your appointment. The day before does not automatically count as 24hours. (i.e. if your appointment is Tuesday at 10am, then you must cancel before Monday at 10am)
