Helping clients to understand and balance their physical/physiological, emotional, and spiritual needs to inspire client growth and empowerment through personal exploration, goal setting, action steps, and accountability. We help clients design action plans to facilitate behavior change and hold them accountable for putting them into practice. By guiding clients in the management of their physical needs, emotions, and higher consciousness, clients make healthy lifestyle changes and challenge negative thinking patterns to enhance overall health and wellness. Our clients develop greater awareness of themselves and implement effective tools to achieve balance and better manage their lives. Using the eight (8) dimensions of wellness (emotional, environmental, financial, intellectual, occupational, physical, social, spiritual) as a base; The Indulgence Flow methodTM views the whole person in three categories: their Roots, their culture, and their spiritual vibes. I have designed our individualized health and wellness coaching services to not only get you back on track when you’ve lost your way, but to also help you nurture a fulfilling, purposeful life.

Within this session you will learn tarot can help you understand complex situations, identify patterns, and gain a deeper understanding of your current circumstances. It can offer guidance and support during times of uncertainty, helping you make important decisions and navigate life's challenges. Tarot can help you delve into your subconscious mind, uncover hidden motivations, and gain insights into your personality and life purpose. The process of a tarot reading encourages introspection and self-reflection, allowing you to gain a better understanding of yourself and your place in the world. This can offer emotional and spiritual healing by providing comfort, reassurance, and a sense of hope.

What is Reiki?
(pronounced Ray Key) It is a Japanese energy healing practice that restores the balance between the physical, emotional, spiritual, and mental levels, enabling the body to heal itself. It is a non-intrusive method of healing, so it is safe for any one or any condition.

What is A Reiki Treatment Like?
Reiki is not like a massage. The Reiki practitioner channels energy through their hands. You relax, fully clothed, on a massage table while the practitioner holds their hands on or above you. There is no real pressure on the body making it ideal for addressing all ages and conditions. The energy flows wherever it is required and can normally be felt as a warm sensation or tingling in the body. The Reiki energy encourages one to let go of all tension, anxiety, fear or other negative feelings and a state of peace and well-being is experienced.

Yoga Therapy
Yoga therapy is an integrative modality that uses tailored yoga techniques and body movement, assessment, breathwork, intention, and meditation to relieve a specific chronic condition and increase well-being. It is a one on one, person-centered, body-mind-spirit approach and session.
Initial Yoga Therapy Consult 90 minutes -$125 (In Person)
Follow Up Yoga Therapy Sessions 60 minutes - $110
During the Initial Yoga Therapy Consultation:
•A thorough intake is completed, which includes a comprehensive review of your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual concerns, past medical history and current challenges, a musculoskeletal assessment, and development of a plan of care.
•A Home Plan of Care is provided.
In each Follow Up Yoga Therapy Session:
•Clients are met where they are, connecting them to their own innate potential
•Clients, after sessions, report improved mood, decreased chronic pain, decreased stress, and better-quality sleep
•Clients are equipped with a comprehensive toolkit, including an updated plan of care, and home plan of action, to help support regulation and resilience in the mind-body system
