Yoga therapy is an integrative modality that uses tailored yoga techniques and body movement, assessment, breathwork, intention, and meditation to relieve a specific chronic condition and increase well-being. It is a one on one, person-centered, body-mind-spirit approach and session.
Initial Yoga Therapy Consult 90 minutes -$125 (In Person)
Follow Up Yoga Therapy Sessions 60 minutes - $110
During the Initial Yoga Therapy Consultation:
•A thorough intake is completed, which includes a comprehensive review of your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual concerns, past medical history and current challenges, a musculoskeletal assessment, and development of a plan of care.
•A Home Plan of Care is provided.
In each Follow Up Yoga Therapy Session:
•Clients are met where they are, connecting them to their own innate potential
•Clients, after sessions, report improved mood, decreased chronic pain, decreased stress, and better-quality sleep
•Clients are equipped with a comprehensive toolkit, including an updated plan of care, and home plan of action, to help support regulation and resilience in the mind-body system
